Located throughout the Town of Athabasca there are several community playgrounds. Some of the playgrounds have been sponsored by local charity groups. Their contributions to these playgrounds are very much appreciated. Located also in the community of Cornwall and Hees Estates are outdoor skating rinks for the recreational user.
